Excellent service from director and bus ensured great service
Services were good andI the main hotel services were good. Activities were well timed and were well managed by the coordinator. The bus driver was very good as well as being very friendly and helpful.

Focus on Ireland is a perfectly dialed in tour.
The tour director, Shona, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Every detail was taken care of. The hotels we stayed at were very nice and the meals that were included were very good.

Switzerland, a true gem
The tour guide was great. Hotels were mainly 4 stars, one or two 5 stars. Insight did a beautiful job. The trip went smoothly.
