However, we sincerely apologise for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the front door lock, we’re sorry this caused you inconvenience and that you had to make the adjustment yourself. Had we been made aware of this issue during your stay, we would have immediately arranged for our maintenance team to resolve it. We will ensure this is thoroughly checked and properly maintained going forward.
Concerning the slugs in the kitchen, we apologise that this occurred twice during your visit. While we don’t believe the doors require replacement, we will have our maintenance team conduct a thorough inspection to identify and seal any potential entry points to prevent this issue in future.
Regarding the bedding, we use cream-colored sheets specifically for our dog-friendly properties, which may appear different from the bright white bedding in our standard accommodations. All our bedding goes through a rigorous hot wash cycle at our professional laundry facility - never a quick wash. However, we take your feedback seriously and will review our bedding standards and replacement schedule to ensure everything meets the fresh, clean standard our guests expect.
We are particularly apologetic about the sofa bed sheet at your brother’s accommodation next door. This is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for this oversight. We have already implemented additional quality checks to ensure this never happens again.
