Thank you for your feedback. As we explained in our email to you, there are no fixing screws included in this item and this is detailed on our product specification. This is because of the wide variety of surfaces the bell could be fixed to and is fairly standard for this type of item. We would be most grateful if you could review your product score in light of this information.

If you need to match the screw colour to the doorbell if you use a search engine to look for 'brown screws' you'll find there are plenty of options.
