Thank you for sharing your experience of staying with us at Montesassi. Unfortunately we were not able to resolve your cancellation of the Bikes as you found the Chianti countryside too hilly which set the negative mood for the whole holiday. Your comments that the house was dark and dirty and not objective or fair and was not mentioned to me when I passed by to see how you were.
