The value was fair - as mentioned earlier we paid to rent the entire property and to not have the guest house open to us was disappointing.

Le Gorgacce is a great house for large parties or for large families with a fantastic pool area with lots of living space . There have been issues with the road due to the late storms we had throughout may and up to mid june. The owner is actually thinking about paving the rest of the house this winter. There was indeed an ongoing problem with electricity in the kitchen that it seems has been resolved.
