Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to read about the issues with the product, if the product was the same kW rating then the performance should be the same. If this is not the case it would be worth checking that the inlet filter is clear of debris and that any isolator valves are fully open. Sorry to read about the issue with the product, it will be under a 2 year manufacturer warranty, if the product is not operating correctly we would offer to send an engineer out, this can be arranged through our service team on 02476 372222 if required. It would also be worth checking that the product is getting the minimum flow and pressure requirements. 1.5bar running pressure at 11litres/min flow, if the pressure or flow is below this you can experience temperature problems.
