Im sorry to hear of this.
However we have thoroughly investigated this with DPD. According to DPD's records, and as you described, the delivery driver encountered a lift outage at your building. At that time, you agreed to meet the delivery driver downstairs to accept the parcels and the image taken by the courier clearly shows the parcels being accepted by a gentleman at that downstairs location. Based on this evidence, DPD has concluded that the delivery was made as agreed and has therefore refused your claim for loss.
