How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Again, waited a long time to recieve this (it was sent with the shoes). However, the tie had a woven imperfection, and was sent back too. How it got through quaility control I'll never know.
