Hi there,
Firstly, the nature of an electric bike is that the motor kicks in when you start to pedal; the maximum speed the motor can take you to for this bike is 15mph, however you can go over 15mph if pedalling hard or going down a hill for example. There are also 9 levels of pedal assist to choose from.
In regards to lights, we have not advertised the bike to come with lights. I have also checked the user manual and there is no mention of lights in the current manual.
