Thank you so much for offering us your feedback. All our drapes are custom made by highly skilled professionals in our NJ workroom. We also offer superior quality: our drapes are made with 5 inch header and 5 inch double hem. Although our price is higher than the price for the standard drapes, it is usually significantly lower than the price for custom window treatments from our competitors.

I let Regal Drapes know that I estimated the width wrong and only needed one panel width, not the two they sent. They asked me to send the panel back and I was fully refunded for it. Great service all around.
