I'm sorry to hear that the size of the shoes ordered wasn't suitable. Our sizes are based on a traditional UK size grading, so whilst everyone's feet are different and we cannot guarantee suitability for everyone, we do find our sizes to be accurate and suitable in the vast majority of cases. Our international size chart (which you can find on our website here) also includes an approximation of the appropriate UK size based on foot length, so this may be of some help for future reference. Provided that the shoes are as new and show no signs of wear, you are welcome to return them for exchange or a refund. We appreciate the inconvenience of returning shoes internationally, so customers are able to return items using whichever delivery service is cheapest/most convenient for them, and we offer a 10% discount on standard shipping for new pairs sent out in exchange.

Dancing has evolved considerably over the past 10 to 20 years, and the Latin American and Standard dancers of today combine both athleticism an artistic interpretation, with an intensity greater than those of previous generations. Heels made from stress tested Polycarbonate. "Anti-Slip" heel tips for ladies` shoes. Sports grade material in the back of the shoe, giving extra support to the ankle. Antibacterially coated microfiber socking and lining. Charcoal impregnated men`s shoes lining Men's "Pro-Glide" heel range which incorporates sports cushioning and a revolutionary "Anti-Slip" design. An exclusively developed "X" range incorporating additional features.
