Thechair is excellent but only 4 stars as Posturite gave me two different delivery dates and failed to meet both of them. I had to chase Fed EX myself to get correct delivery date.

Great customer service and ordering process through to assembly. Measured legs etc. very carefully, but can't raise seat as high as I'd expect of a 'normal' chair???

Chair is very comfortable and has really helped my back and neck. Would be good if instructions for setting it up better as some of components quite stiff and not easy to adjust unless you know how....

I was disappointed that the chair dose not come re assembled and had to arrange for someone to come and assemble it and adjust for the right posture
