This large shampoo container is UNUSABLE. I cannot operate the pump I have had this product before & have had no problem with the pump dispenser. This product is not fit for purpose

My hair is a good silver naturally. However medication is slightly affecting it and I’ve noticed a few yellow tones. I’ve used this twice now and I’m hoping longevity will help the colour.
