We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

I'm so sorry that you're so disappointed, and that the neighbour wasn't in when your son went to collect his parcel from there. Following your email we asked the courier to collect and redeliver, but they claimed they had been 100% compliant and that it was now a civil matter. I then emailed you to ask if you would mind requesting the refund through Paypal as it is a really quick process and gives us a claim we can then pass onto DPD, and you received the refund in full. Hopefully the neighbour has also delivered the parcel to your son in the meantime.

Having been overwhelmed with flowers and gifts she was unable to use during treatment, she was inspired to handpick a selection of pretty and pampering get well gifts as a more practical and thoughtful alternative to flowers. Gifts are available for women, men and children and, unlike flowers, are welcome in hospitals. Gifts are lovely wrapped and, while based in the UK, International shipping in available.
