I'm so sorry you were unable to travel and hope you are now making a full recovery from your recent health scare - what a horrible thing to happen and, just when you probably needed a holiday most, you couldn't travel.
Having seen your comments, the resort team remember your family: they were seen around the resort and never mentioned anything at all about being unhappy - they also didn't complete or hand in a feedback form. It's such a shame they didn't speak to our lovely resort team during the week as this means we were never given any opportunity to explain things or put right anything negative that was on their mind.
The waterfront was Indeed closed for lunch in the middle of the day so that our team could get a well-earned break but, as we progress into the summer and peak high season weeks, we will remain open all day. Your son signed up for the "rise and row" session and your daughter in law joined an "intro to windsurfing" session and I hope they enjoyed these very much, they're great fun and our guests always love them. In regards to the sailing kit, we have lots of kit on the beach: 20 single handers and 4 double handers plus 3 catamarans for guests to us, plus plenty more besides for windsurfing, SUP, etc.
The verbal and questionnaire feedback for the food and everything else for that matter has been excellent so far this season so I'm satisfied that the holidays we are providing at Paleros are well in line with our website promises which makes your very poor rating all the more disappointing and somewhat surprising given that your family always seemed so happy out and about in resort.
