As you know, the weather that last week of the season had a huge impact on the facilities that could be used outdoors and yes, that did mean the beach was sometimes closed but that's for safety and not to stop guests from having fun, the last thing we would want, and I'm truly sorry conditions stopped you from using the waterfront. The feedback for food and service was good for that week but we agree that, because guests couldn't eat outside as usual, there was pressure on the head chef and restaurant team and we're sorry you weren't completely satisfied.
