Thank you for leaving your feedbackI’m pleased to read that you enjoyed your recent tour, and were impressed with the space afforded on your Luxuria coach.It’s unfortunate to learn that the coach was a little too warm at times, as I’m sure you can appreciate, it can be difficult set the heating at a comfortable level for everyone with up to 40 passengers on board, all with different perceptions of comfort.In regards to your hotel, it is worth noting that in this part of the world, a big emphasis is put on the customer service, as opposed to the rooms themselves, but this is certainly something that I will pass on to our Hotels team, although I am pleased that you were happy with the location of the hotel.We very much look forward to welcoming you back on board later in the year for your Luxuria tour to Baden.Kind regards, Rebecca
