Greetings! This survey is for the support case we assisted you with on DEC 3, 2024 that you logged the evening of DEC 2. It involved a logout issue with 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS; CASE 571162 for reference. Try searching for that # in your email inbox and you should find the thread. Based on the case notes, our technician engaged the next morning and let you know that there was a known bug for the issue you were encountering and a known workaround. After a couple emails and a voicemail was left attempting to reach out, you responded DEC 4 acknowledging receipt of the workaround instructions and that you'd try it next time you encountered the problem. If you feel our efforts no longer warrants a 1 STAR review, I invite you to locate the invitation and update your survey response to more accurately reflect the service you received.
