Amazing. Filled me up and stopped my cravings. I ate less and lost 4 pounds in a week. It also made me drink more water which resulted in clearer skin and an all round feeling of being energised.

Not entirely sure how you mix the contents of the item - cold or hot water?

May we advise to take one sachet, three times daily, mixed with 300ml of cold water and consumed before each meal. Consumption should be followed with a second large glass of cold water.
