Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your curtains. We do advise ordering a free sample first to see exactly what the fabric looks like. These are the cheapest eyelet curtains we sell but are very popular and normally get good reviews. Once again I'm sorry you do not like them. If you think they are not hang well due to a fault with the curtains then get in touch and we will fix it for you.

I'm sorry you do not like the curtains. These are thin and we do advise you order a free sample first so you can see the curtain. They are thermal because of the way they are woven not due to the thickness.
