Good Points: Excellent user guide Improvement Points: It broke after 2nd use. The filter spring became loose from part holding it, after taking filter out to wash. No idea how it happened, too...

Good Points: Nice looking. Improvement Points: Not handy to add the water. Not satisfied with the taste of 2 different coffee. And can't return it and be refunded. Money waist.
