Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our products are the same fitting as they have been in previous years it may that these particular styles are unsuitable for you.

We can confirm we have received your retunred items and your refund has been processed.

Although all of our footwear is the HH+ width fitting some styles will accommodate more swelling than others and the fit may vary. If you would like to discuss some alternative styles that may be more suitable for you please contact our Customer Services Team and we will be happy to advise.

I thought the shoes were very good but had to return as they were too small and a bigger size was not available in the colour I required
