Many thanks for your feedback, I am sorry you feel our service was not very good. I have looked into this and can see you ordered a product which we delivered correctly, you felt this was not the correct size for you and wanted to return it. We were happy to take the return and said we could book a collection on through our carrier however that would incurr a cost of £10 as that is what DPD would charge us. We also mentioned that you could return it yourself through the post office which would have been cheaper.
On our website we do list the weights and dimensions of all our products as well as offering a FREE SAMPLES service to ensure customers are happy with a product before purchasing it.Again I am sorry that you are unhappy with our service however if you still wish to return the item them please do and we will process a full refund as promised before on their return.
