Shocking experience the fact that the replacements weren’t good enough either. The rest of the plates and bowls were fine. They look like seconds.

We are very sorry that the product was not as you expected and the description is that the Nordic’s reactive glaze tableware is handmade and no two pieces are the same each piece is individual with subtle variances in tone from piece to piece. I can see you have been in touch with our customer services team who have given you the link for the returns. We do sell a large amount of the Nordic stoneware so we are sorry if you wish to return this.
