The email you received with the tracking number was the despatch confirmation email, however, the tracking method for the postage level you choose only shows when a delivery has been attempted, not where it is in the system. Having tracked it just now, I can see that your order was delivered on the 5th of January. As for the delay in you receiving your order, there was a note when you placed the order saying that we would not be despatching your order until after Christmas as we were closed. We shipped your order on the 29th when we returned to work and your order was delivered on the 5th, 5 working days after we despatched it which is within our estimated delivery time. I am sorry that you felt our delivery was slow, but we did inform you that there would be a delay in despatching your order because of Christmas and bearing in mind bank holidays, your order still arrived on time. Going forward we will try and find a way to make the estimated delivery dates clearer. Regards Allcures

Good afternoon, According to Royal Mail your order was delivered from the Ashford sorting office on the 2nd of January. If you still do not have this order to hand, please check with other members of your household and your neighbours to see if they have taken it in for you. I believe my colleague has emailed you too apologising for the fact that we do not seem to have received any contact from you asking for information on your delivery. He also provided some information regarding your delivery which I will repeat below. Your order was despatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For post on the 16th of December. We would normally expect these parcels to arrive in 3-5 business days after despatch which would take us up to the 23rd of December. If you do not receive your order by then, please contact customercare@allcures.com and we will see what we can do to help. I want to apologise again for the delay in your order. With the pandemic situation as it is, we are seeing deliveries take longer and longer as Royal Mail gets hit with staff shortages at their busies time of the year.
