Excellent communication. Items arrived on time and securely packaged with lots of protective bubble wrap - there was not a dent or scratch to be seen on my items, perfect!

Good quality products, but as it was a gift i was disappointed that it wasn't packed as one. Everything came just in a box.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the kit not being gift wrapped, However, we do no advertise this product as being gift wrapped in the product description. We kindly ask all customers to read the description before leaving negative feedback. All our kits use recycled packaging to reduce waste and we kindly ask that if gift wrapping is needed that the customer arranges this as not all kits are bought as gifts. We hopefully plan to add gift wrapping options at a later date but we are currently not in a position to do so.

It is not a negative feedback. I am happy with products. Just expressed my opinion as i've been asked to.
In describtion it says can be used as a gift set, then you do explain it is not wrapped as a gift. I missed second part. Fair enough.
