Excellent care and attention to detail
There was a manufacturing problem regarding a battery pack we purchased. They replaced it without any hesitation and we are delighted with the service received through Derek Whinstance.

I liked getting 6 seeds instead of the advertised 5 - thank you; but none of them germinated despite being watered and kept warm. I wasn't expecting for them all to germinate but at least thought...
