IMPROVE PACKING SUPPLY EARLIER

plants have to be packed to travel upside down no one reads the labels plants are sent out 4 to 6 weeks to late. Small plants need potting on in a greenhouse April to May.

Hi, thank you for posting your review. I'm really sorry that the netting didn't protect your plants well enough to ensure that the plants weren't damaged. With the feedback we've received about our new packaging we've discovered that some varieties have arrived in perfect condition whilst others have still suffered damage. We always take note of any problems such as this, to improve the service we offer and ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. I'm glad that you found the packaging to be of a high standard despite the damage caused in transit. I have refunded you for half of your order as a sorry for the distress caused. Regards, Anne

Service was very prompt but despite loving care only 23 are still alive. To be fair I have not complained as they were free.

Hi there, thanks for your review. It's great to hear that our service was prompt and your perennials arrived in good condition. They should have performed better than they have and so I have replaced the T&Ms Choice Perennial Pack of 36 plugs for delivery by the end of September 2017 at the latest. Hi Margaret, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the size of your Buddleja. The photos that you sent in have been reviewed and we are confident with the quality and size of the product you have received. Once planted up, we are sure that it will flourish and give you the display you are expecting. Our website does tend to show plants when they are fully grown and in flower so that gardeners are able to see a mature version of what they are buying for their garden.
