plants arrived well packed and in good condition, no instructions included but a short email sorted that out. They are well and thriving just like the others we have bought.

Poor packaging

The net packing over the plants knocked the tops off and many did not recover! I received a replacement but they were the same. Also phone charges to complain were more than the £10 voucher you sent...
