Hi there, I'm really sorry that you aren't happy with the service we offer. With regards to the cancelled plants on your order; we unfortunately ran out of stock. The offer was whilst stocks last and we weren't happy with the quality of the plants so preferred to cancel and refund you as quickly as possible rather than send substandard plants. I'm sorry that you received your letter late. We processed the cancellation and refund on 30/06/2017 and the letter was sent at the same time. We sent you a voucher as a gesture of goodwill as a refund for the P&P charges and for the disappointment caused. Apologies that your earlier order didn't arrive. It was lost in transit and we refunded you in full. I'm so sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service.
