top class rang 5pm on weds 2/1/13 to see when the earliest my oven and hob could be delivered. They had to travel 130 miles to get to my house and it was in my kitchen at 7.45am on the 3/1/13. great...

first class service went in orderd goods delivered as said next day couldn`t be better
Need to change when the delivery times are allocated, you find out after closing hours, and if its not possible to make it and you're allocated time is before opening hours then you have a problem....

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Delivered on time with text & email night before with 2 hour slot. ...
Good choice of washing machines.. Salesman appeared knowledgable and helpful but was not at all pushy.. Whole buying process and delivery was good.. Especially liked the hour time slot for delivery...

Excellent service, competitive prices. They tick all the boxes. Would definitely use them again.
Did exactly as they said they would. Gave 2 hour delivery slot & text & emailed, told you the drivers name & said he'd ring 30 mins before arrival.
Great price & service will use again and recommend.
