Delivery & Returns We offer FREE delivery and returns for UK customers via Royal Mail. UK customers can upgrade to next working day delivery (if ordering by 2pm) for a small additional charge. You can return your as new and unworn jewellery within 30 days for a full refund, unless it’s been personalised or made to order. For items purchased from 1st November onward, the return period is extended to 15th January to allow for Christmas gifting.
