Hi there. Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your delivery. Having looking at the tracking, I can can see that there was an issue with the courier being able to deliver to you within the allocated time frame which led to the consignment being delayed. Please rest assured that the very nature of our product means we take these issues very seriously and have raised this with our courier partners. Please also rest assured that this is not typical of the service you can expect to receive from us and you have no reason to be concerned about you delivery on Monday.
