It’s great to know that your Expert helped you with solving your issue, and I’m sure your Expert will be thrilled to learn that you’re providing them a rating with a bonus. To make a rating and a bonus payment, simply log into your account and go back to the question page where your Expert helped you. In the top right area of the question page, you should see a button that reads, "End." You have to click when you're ready to rate the Expert. Click that button and follow the prompts to tip your Expert. You can select to tip a percentage (%) or a specific dollar amount ($). Click the “Submit” button when you’re done, and that’s it!
