Great service from Jet 2 staff
Great service from the staff member I spoke to on the phone. Had experienced an issue when trying to book via the website even after authorising payment with my card provider.

App is not idiot proof
Why do I have to go back to find my Reference no.? Why not carry that forward when your customer signs in? You're a brilliant company but your geeks have not made this app idiot-proof.
