Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Some of our buses are open-top and, especially during high season, the upper deck can get very warm. While our buses are equipped with air conditioning on the lower deck, on certain days it may feel less effective due to frequent door openings and the intense summer heat in Rome. We're glad to hear that our onboard staff were polite, but we’re concerned by your comment regarding the ticketing personnel. Courtesy is a priority for us, and we will address this internally.
