Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

It was very good. Applying was easy online, had to make a adjustment after purchasing policy as under valued rrp of bike. Was very easy to amend and new quote come through quickly with the amendment.

Travel insurance not bike insurance when you’re travelling!

I thought I was insuring my bike for my trip but ibfact I was just buying travel insurance which was overpriced.

Our website does make it clear at multiple stages that our travel insurance does not automatically cover bikes, and we specifically ask if you'd like to add separate bike cover during the process. We’ll keep working to improve clarity, but we do try to ensure this is explained throughout the journey. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
