Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy about the mushrooms appearing in your turf. The good news is that mushrooms can be a sign of healthy, nutrient-rich soil. They appear when beneficial microbes in the organic matter are active, especially after warm and wet weather, but can also often appear in new lawns as a result of increased watering. They’ll usually disappear on their own, but you can remove them by hand (wearing gloves) if you prefer a tidier look. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We only grow one type of turf and the fields are all sown with the same seed mix however natural variation in appearance can occur. The good news is that as the lawn establishes and adapts to your garden the appearance should become more uniform. The lawn looks ready for its first cut, if you haven't already. Taking no more of a third off in any one cut will help the lawn grow strong.
