Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re so pleased to read that you enjoyed the stunning destinations on your itinerary as well as the accommodation you stayed in along the way. We are however sorry to hear that some aspects of the experience didn’t meet your expectations, particularly in relation to your Trip Leader. We'd like to assure you that they have been leading Topdeck trips for several years now and also had prior experience in guiding outside of Topdeck so to hear that this wasn't reflected is disappointing to us. Our Trip Leaders always aim to enhance the experience where possible by providing top tips and recommendations, especially on our Delve Deep range where they are local to the area and are able to provide suggestions using their native knowledge. These recommendations are optional and we will always take on board the group consensus, so we apologise if at all you felt pressured to participate as our aim here is only to elevate your experience.
