You may not agree on my points, but that is the fact.
1. There were at least 30 multiple-choice questions in the actual test were not covered at all in the RED system, despite my completing over 6,000 questions in your system and reviewing all the recommended reading materials.
2. For hazard perception section, I want to clarify that my concern is not about the quantity of the clips available - there were plenty - but about the difference in scoring behaviour and click sensitivity between the RED platform and the real exam. I received a score of zero on one clip because I clicked too many times, despite following the same clicking rhythm I had practised during hundreds of training clips on RED.
After I raised those concerns to RED, their Training & Development Manager, Trish Cook, replied ended with the words "The matter is now closed" without any solutions.
3. I paid £2200 for the course, I was expected it would cover some exam fee, at least the first attempt of each exam. However, they are all not being covered.
4. The ADI part 2 test is near impossible to book in the DVSA system. I was expected RED could help on booking the test, but there is none of their business. I am still waiting my luck comes to book the test.
It is already more than 1 year since I paid for the course, and I am like walking alone and no one could help.
As I have paid for the course already, I have no choice to go with RED in this stage. I hope there would be better service from now on.
