Any course content queries that come in, get sent straight to our experience and knowledgeable trainers, who will contact you directly to assist with any questions. And although you’re not required to purchase the official manual when buying a course, we do recommend it, and it’s offered as an add-on when viewing your basket on the website. The manual is essential for the Practitioner qualification, as it’s an open-book exam.
