Thank you for your order and your review. I am sorry to hear that your experience with the round heat logs has been less than satisfactory. From your description it sound like there was perhaps too much moisture in the logs or your appliance for some reason did not heat up to sufficient temperature. It could be that the Pini-Kay briquettes are more suitable for you as they are extremely dense and contain only 3% moisture, so they burn hotter which should result in minimal soot and ash formation. Also, the round briquettes are designed to be breakable by hand for example for use in smaller log burners or only to start the fire. I understand this does not apply to you, just did not want to leave your comment unanswered.
