Hi Jill Sorry that our service has been let down by our courier, you should have received email notifications from DHL to confirm that that they had collected the parcel from us along with an estimated time/date of delivery and finally a proof of delivery once the parcel has been delivered. I've forward your comments onto our account manager at DHL to make him aware of the situation. Kind regards Cheryl
