It features the updated logo and branding and all the most recent design developments from this world class German Knife manufacturer.This coarse grit Wusthof Diamond sharpening steel is more coarse than a traditional butchers steel and should be used to re-sharpen a knife rather than honing.

I must piece of equipment if you want to keep the knives honed and razor sharp. This diamond steel is far superior to a standard honing steel and does the job in super quick time.
