Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I can see in the system you reached out to the team recently in regards to the departure dates on your recent trip. It seems there was some confusion as to which itinerary you had purchased. I understand this has since been resolved and you had purchased the itinerary which did in fact depart for home on day 22. We're sorry for this misunderstanding.
In regards to your travel pack, we are sorry for the delays in this being sent. There were delays and errors with the information the airline initially provided to us, which meant a lot of back and forth in the background. The team did send out communications in regards to the delays, we are sorry if you missed this.
We are pleased the trip itself was enjoyable, and while there were admittedly a few hiccups on this one in regards to the itinerary and delayed travel details, we are sure you are going to enjoy your next trips with us (we've had a look and you've made some great choices!)
