We fully take on board your point regarding the gift box and personalised message all adding to the cost of the product. We do our utmost to keep our costs and prices as low as possible in very challenging global economic circumstances. We appreciate that not everyone wishes to have a gift box and personalised message with their shawl. We therefore offer these two items as optional extras with most of our products.
