Sending back as the fountain was wrong so asked for returns on both products so cannot star

Still waiting after 5weeks for returns note for the fountain but received one for the plug. TERRIBLE SERVICE

One thing for sure, our fish love this product and not a lot gets wasted. So pleased with this purchase.

Great food, wouldn't use anything else. Always better value to buy the 10k and fill a smaller one every few weeks from it. Lasts a long time. Good value from swell
