Not too much fat or wastage which I like in a sausage. Very tasty with great chilli. Wife who is not keen on sausages generally also approved.

Very lean hardly any fat, still tender though when cooked on BBQ hot plate medium rare

Browned then finished in a Red curry, delicious.

I have had these before and just think they are so good, tender and fresh. We do them on the BBQ with a olive oil, oregano, pepper and lemon dressing.
