Service may be good, But the Delivery service need to be looked at l don't expect to order and pay for something and recieved all smashed up...and can't get you on the phone

We understand that you have spoken to our customer service manager, Chris, and have hopefully resolved the issue.
Further to your conversation with him, we have notified the courier service we use about this incident and are working with them to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
