was being asked to rate my experience before the magazine arrived....
....coincidentally it arrived the very next day but the response to my complaint was impressive. I would cheerfully order from them again

Easy to use
Very easy and intuitive. Unlike many mega corps, purchasing was simply finding the issue, or issues, you want, add them then check out. More seamless than big retailers who store you information.
